T-Mobile 明面上的价值观是「Customer Obsession」「Be Bold」「Win Together」之类。
我实际被问到的问题: "Tell me about a time you had to make a decision with incomplete data and a hard deadline.(讲讲一次你必须在数据不完整且截止时间很硬的情况下做决策的经历。)"(Be Bold / 果断决策) "Describe a conflict with a stakeholder or peer and how you resolved it.(描述一次你和利益相关方或同事的冲突,以及你是如何解决的。)"(Win Together / 协作) "Tell me about a project where the customer outcome was worse than you'd hoped. What did you learn?(讲讲一个客户结果比你预期更差的项目。你学到了什么?)"(Customer Obsession / 责任感) "Walk me through a time you had to advocate for a change the organization was resistant to.(讲讲一次你不得不推动一个组织很抗拒的变更的经历。)"(又是 Be Bold) "What's the hardest feedback you've ever received?(你收到过最难听、最难消化的反馈是什么?)"(Integrity / 成长型思维)
至少有两位面试官在我讲团队成果时直接说了「can you tell me more about what you specifically did」。
我还遇到一个情境题:「Imagine your team misses a critical deadline and the customer is furious. Walk me through your first 24 hours.」(假设你的团队错过了一个关键截止日期,客户非常愤怒。
