我遇到的题,或者同批面的人听说过的题: tell me about a time you had to adapt to a significant change at work.(追问:具体你工作的哪些方式变了?) describe a situation where you advocated for a customer or end user even when it was inconvenient internally. give me an example of a time you had to collaborate with someone who had a very different working style. tell me about a project where you had to balance speed with quality. what tradeoffs did you make? a time you received critical feedback and what you did with it.
SAR(situation, action, result)格式没问题。
