How did you handle coordination between the client team and the backend team when the API contract changed mid-sprint?'(API contract 在 sprint 中途变了,你怎么协调客户端团队和 backend 团队?)'What signals told you the rollout was going wrong before the metrics dashboards caught it?'(在指标看板捕捉到之前,哪些信号让你觉得 rollout 在出问题?)
A major Roblox platform feature is being rebuilt. It touches 6 teams across 3 orgs. 他们还会特别追问 escalation path:'What if team X isn't hitting their milestone and it's on the critical path?'(如果 X 团队没按 milestone 走,而且它在 critical path 上怎么办?)
