先说:他们官方 values 是「safety first, participation is power, radical transparency, clear thinking」。
我被问到的问题: tell me about a time you had to make a decision with incomplete information and the stakes were high(讲一次你在信息不完整但风险很高的情况下做决策的经历) describe a situation where you disagreed with your team and what you did(描述一次你跟团队意见不一致,你做了什么) give an example of when you caught something going wrong before it became a serious problem(举个例子:你在问题变严重之前就发现苗头并介入) tell me about a project where you had to simplify something complex for a non-technical audience(讲一个项目:你需要把复杂内容简化给非技术受众) what's a strongly held belief you've changed your mind on(你曾经很坚定的一个信念,后来改变想法了是什么)
