我被问到的真实问题: 「tell me about a time you had to deliver a project under significant constraints. what did you cut and how did you decide?(讲一次你在很大限制下仍要交付项目的经历。 「describe a situation where you disagreed with a senior stakeholder. how did you handle it?(描述一次你和高级 stakeholder 意见不一致的情况。 「give me an example of when you took initiative on something outside your official scope.(举个例子:你在正式职责范围之外主动推进了一件事。)」 「tell me about a time a project failed. what was your role and what did you do after?(讲一次项目失败的经历。
好几个问题都有 collaboration/influence 的角度。
EM loop 里我还被问了一个「tell me how you approach performance conversations with underperforming engineers(说说你会怎么开展和表现不佳的 engineer 的 performance 对话。)」
