去年春天,我通过一个他们的 return-to-work program 走了 LinkedIn 的 behavioral 轮。我因为有 2 年的职业空档,对 behavioral 部分有点紧张,但做完一些研究后其实感觉准备得挺充分。
LinkedIn 的 behavioral 框架是围绕他们的 culture pillars 搭的。你会在职位描述里看到这些:"members first," "relationships matter," "transformation." 这些不是贴墙上的标语。面试官会明确按这些来给你打分。
我被问到的问题(凭记忆): Tell me about a time you had to make a hard decision with limited information. What did you do and what was the outcome? Describe a situation where you disagreed with your team or manager. How did you handle it? Tell me about a project where you had to influence without authority. Give me an example of when you had to advocate for a user or customer even when it wasn't the popular choice.
最后一个很有 LinkedIn 的味道,「members first」这个价值观基本就直接翻译成这道题。
对我有效的做法: 用紧凑的 STAR 故事(每个最多 2-3 分钟,不要讲 7 分钟史诗)。尽量用可量化的结果来收尾。并且清楚区分我自己做了什么 vs. 团队做了什么。
他们会 push back 的地方: 很虚的回答,比如「我们团队合作得很好,所以成功了。」每次我太泛,他们都会追问:"What specifically did YOU do in that moment?(当时你具体做了什么?)"
在 LinkedIn 的 behavioral 轮,两个面试官一起上很常见,至少对 senior 岗位是这样。他们分工问问题,两个人都做笔记。整体感觉很结构化、很一致,不是那种随便聊聊。
