刚结束 Goldman IB analyst 的流程，2026 夏招。趁还新鲜写一下。
第一轮是 HireVue，30 分钟，三道 behavioral 加一道 technical（基础 DCF 机制，不算刁钻）。反馈等了 10 天，感觉挺久。
Superday 是整整一天，五轮：两轮 behavioral、一轮 technical finance、一轮 markets awareness、一轮和一个 managing director 的「fit」，本质上是压力测试。那个 MD 有个时刻就……不问了，然后等着。我觉得她想看我会不会紧张到用废话填满沉默。我补了一句干净利落的话就停住了。我觉得这么做是对的。
Technical 那轮考了 LBO 结构、accretion/dilution、walk me through a DCF，以及一个关于我在「deals you're watching」里提到的公司的 curveball。你说你了解什么，就要真的了解。他们会戳。
让我意外的是：behavioral 比 technical 更难。「Tell me about a time you disagreed with a team decision（讲讲你曾经不同意团队某个决定的一次经历）」和「when did you miss a deadline」在这里都不算软题。他们要的是一个真实故事，不是打磨过的空话。
Superday 后 6 天给了 offer。Base 跟街上差不多，signing 很有竞争力。整体体验强度很高，但感觉公平。
