Walk me through your most recent role and what you worked on.(带我过一下你最近一份工作的职责,以及你做了什么。) Why are you interested in GitHub specifically?(你为什么对 GitHub 感兴趣?) Are you open to remote, or do you have location preferences? (GitHub is very remote-friendly, but they do have an office in San Francisco and some teams cluster there.)(你能接受 remote 吗,还是对地点有偏好?(GitHub 非常 remote-friendly,但他们在 San Francisco 也有办公室,有些团队会集中在那边。)) What's your current timeline for making a move?(你现在换工作的时间线是什么?) Do you have competing offers or other processes you're in? (They ask this more candidly than most recruiters I've talked to.)(你有没有其他 offer 或者还在推进的流程?(他们问得比我接触过的大多数 recruiter 更直接。)) General comp expectations. They ask early, which I actually appreciated.(大概的薪资期望。
「why GitHub(为什么是 GitHub,具体原因是什么)」这个问题值得认真准备。
