Dell behavioral

所以当他们问“tell me about a time you disagreed with a decision(讲一次你不同意某个决定的经历)”时,实际是在按integrity给你打分。

One underrated part of behavioral rounds, especially in structured scorecard setups, is calibration: different interviewers may be scoring different values, but they later reconcile notes. That means a strong answer is not just a good story, it is a scorable story.

A practical structure that tends to travel well across values like “driving results,” “winning together,” and “integrity” is: Context → Stakes → Your decision criteria → Actions → Measurable outcome → Tradeoffs and what you would change. The “decision criteria” and “tradeoffs” pieces are what many candidates skip, and those are often the clearest signals of judgment and integrity.

For Dell Solutions Architect processes specifically, candidates often face a customer scenario architecture stage plus behavioral. It helps if your behavioral examples naturally reference how you navigate customer constraints and cross-functional alignment, not just internal delivery.

Which value do you find hardest to prove with evidence in your stories, and what kinds of examples have worked best for you?
