我面的是 MLE loop，所以不完全一样，但对我来说 system design 那轮非常偏 distributed inference / serving。我猜 data eng 也会类似，他们在意数据如何在大规模下流动，以及 latency。可能更少 SQL trivia，更偏 pipeline design。
有个朋友去年秋天在那边做过 platform eng。她说 system design 那轮是一个围绕用于 fine-tuning pipelines 的数据摄取场景。不是那种泛泛的「设计 Twitter」。更贴近他们实际在做的东西。我会重点想想训练数据是怎么被清洗、做版本管理、以及怎么对外提供服务的。
AI 公司里的 behavioral 往往会围绕「你怎么决定一个 model 已经足够好可以上线」这种问题。如果你在上一份工作里聊过这个，准备一个清晰利落的回答。
