今年早些时候走完了 Anthropic 的完整流程，岗位是 research engineer，mid-senior level。想写个真实复盘，因为我网上读到的很多要么很笼统，要么明显过时。
轮次顺序： Recruiter screen（30 分钟，标准） Technical phone screen（和在职 RE）：Python，一些 ML fundamentals，一道小 coding Take-home project：给了我大概 5 天做一个短 research 任务。这是最不一样的部分。不是 LeetCode 那种。是真正的 mini 问题，需要你写方案、做实现、解释你的推理。 Onsite（线上）：两轮 engineering，一轮 systems design，一轮「research taste」对谈 Values/behavioral loop：两位不同面试官
Take-home 是最让我惊讶的点。它不只是 coding screen，而是 taste-of-work。他们想看你怎么在模糊里推进思考，不只是执行。我写作的时间比写代码更多，我觉得这反而是对的。
behavioral 部分挺真实的，不是那种「tell me about a time you failed（讲讲你一次失败的经历）」模板题，更像：「how do you think about a situation where your technical judgment conflicts with what your team wants to ship?（当你的技术判断和团队想要上线的东西冲突时，你会怎么处理？）」。他们会追问具体立场，而不是听场面话。
总时间线从头到尾 7 周。拿到 offer。入职了。想问细节也可以。
