Tell me about a time you had to influence without authority to get a project over the line.(讲一次你需要在没有职权的情况下影响他人,把项目推进到终点的经历。) Describe a situation where you disagreed with a direction your team was taking. What did you do?(描述一次你不同意团队正在走的方向的情况,你做了什么?) Give me an example of a time you had to make a decision with incomplete information.(给一个信息不完整的情况下你仍然需要做决定的例子。) Tell me about a project you led that didn't go as planned. What happened and what did you learn?(讲一个你主导但没有按计划进行的项目,发生了什么,你学到了什么?) Walk me through a time you built a relationship with a difficult stakeholder.(带我过一遍你是如何和一个很难合作的 stakeholder 建立关系的。)
hiring manager 一直在记笔记,我漏掉某一段的时候他会提示我:「and what was the actual outcome?(那实际结果是什么?)」
