形式 一共四轮:一轮 recruiter screen,一份 take-home(product case),以及两轮 onsite(product sense + behavioral)。

「"design a feature for creative professionals who are new to AI tools(为刚接触 AI 工具的创意专业人士设计一个功能)"」真是个很 2026 的 Adobe 题。

One stage people underestimate in PM loops like this is the Q&A after the take-home. The writeup usually matters less than how you defend it when someone stress tests your assumptions. A helpful structure is: (1) clarify the goal and segment, (2) pick a single “North Star” plus 2–3 input metrics, (3) list 3–5 plausible drivers, (4) propose the smallest set of experiments to isolate the driver, and (5) explain tradeoffs and what you would do if the data contradicted you.
Common failure mode: treating metrics as a scoreboard instead of a diagnostic tool. If asked “measure health” or “WAU dropped,” avoid jumping to features. Start with instrumentation confidence, segmentation (new vs returning, plan tier, platform), and where the drop enters the funnel. Then map each hypothesis to a metric that would falsify it.
What Q&A line of questioning surprised you most, and how did you adjust your approach in the moment?
