By accessing and using Primly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Primly is a career platform. It includes the free Primly Community, one free job with one honest resume match score, one-time company interview briefs, the one-company Interview Week pass where it is offered, the one-job Rapid Prep purchase, and monthly Career Tools for an active search across multiple jobs. Job-specific scores and generated materials use the job posting and resume you provide; Interview Week answers use the resume or details you provide. The service is provided "as is" for practice and preparation purposes only.
The Primly Community is free and does not require a payment card. A free account covers one resume, one exact job posting, and one honest match score for that resume against that posting. It does not include behavioral question titles or outlines, Primly-drafted answers, Recruiter Screen, questions to ask, an elevator pitch, or a resume aligned to the posting; those require Rapid Prep or Career Tools. Career Tools costs $29.99 per month, is charged when you subscribe, and renews monthly until cancelled. No new free trial, quarterly, annual, or lifetime plan is offered. Existing trial, longer-term plan, lifetime, and credit-pack entitlements remain governed and serviced under the terms in effect when purchased. We may update pricing, packaging, or feature access over time with appropriate notice.
For accounts created on or after the payment-first launch: Career Tools opens only after payment. Career Tools costs $29.99 a month: the first month is charged in full at checkout, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. An account that paid for a company interview brief in the last 14 days pays $20.99 for its first Career Tools month, because the brief price counts toward it; this applies once per account. Cancel at any time from your Account page or the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges, and access runs to the end of the month you paid for. Accounts that started Career Tools with the earlier day-one offer keep its terms: $4.99 for the first 24 hours, then $29.99 a month unless cancelled, with the $4.99 not refunded on a cancellation within the first 24 hours. Rapid Prep is not offered to these accounts. The Primly Community does not require payment: browsing is open to everyone, and reading every thread in full, posting and voting need a free account. Accounts created before that launch keep the terms in the paragraph above.
Company interview brief: a one-time purchase of $9 for one company's brief, with no subscription and no renewal. Briefs are generated with AI from Primly's interview research and Community discussions and may not match every team or level. A purchased brief stays in your account. Anyone who has shared an interview report, and every active Career Tools subscriber, can read every brief at no charge. Money-back guarantee: if the brief doesn't help you prepare, reply to your receipt for a full refund.
Interview Week, where it is offered to your account: a one-time purchase of $19 for one company, with no subscription and nothing that renews. An account that owns that company's paid interview brief pays $10. For 7 days from payment you can generate and practice. It includes the full company interview brief, an answer to each likely question, a recruiter screen pitch for that company, and spoken practice with feedback for every round. Answers and the pitch are drafted with AI only from the resume or details you provide, never invented. For technical and system design questions you get your angle from what you provided plus a separately labelled general approach. After the 7 days everything stays readable in your account; generating and practice close. A refund or a payment dispute ends access to the pass. Rapid Prep is a one-time $14.99 purchase for one confirmed job posting and 30 days to generate and edit. It includes a match score and ATS check, a resume tailored to that posting, 12 answers drafted from the resume you provide, recruiter-screen preparation including why the company and role, questions to ask interviewers, and a practical interview checklist. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Practice Coach, LinkedIn Boost, outreach, cover letters, and additional jobs are not included. When generation access ends, generated material stays readable but paid generation and editing close. The Primly platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. The content you provide (job descriptions, resumes) remains yours, and the generated questions are provided to you for your personal use.
Primly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Primly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Primly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
