Are Zoom PM interviews still competency-based or did they shift to case format?

Interviewing for a senior PM role at Zoom in a few weeks. Got the recruiter screen scheduled but I'm trying to understand what the actual PM loop looks like.

Most of what I'm finding online is from 2020-2021, which was obviously... a different era for Zoom. Has anyone gone through the PM process more recently?

Specifically: is there a product case round? Do they do a written take-home? I've heard some B2B-focused PMs get asked a lot about enterprise customer empathy. Also curious how much the behavioral rounds lean into their "deliver happiness" value versus actual execution/metrics questions.

Even a rough outline of the rounds would help me not go in completely blind.

went through a PM loop there about 6 months ago. there was no take-home in my process. it was recruiter screen, a product design round ("design a feature for a remote team that uses Zoom 6 hours a day"), a strategy round, and behavioral. no formal case in consulting style. more structured conversation than a deck exercise.

the enterprise customer empathy thing is real. in my loop they kept bringing it back to: "how does this serve someone in a 500-person company vs a solo freelancer." they seem to think a lot about the breadth of their customer base.
