Core Responsibilities: People Leadership and Delivery Accountability: The leader oversees a team of engineers, drives high-quality outcomes and ensures timely delivery. Technical Skillset: Strong hands-on coding and engineering skills enable the leader to make effective technical decisions and provide guidance. Coaching and Development: The leader fosters continuous improvement by coaching and developing team members. Agile Stewardship: Ensures Agile events occur, are productive, and foster collaboration. Removing Roadblocks: Identifies and resolves impediments to maintain smooth delivery.
Direct Reports: 6-8 direct reports.
Must Have Skills: People leadership, persuasion, and strategic thinking. Technical skills in Dynamics 365, AWS/Azure, Python, and JavaScript. Prioritization, decision-making, and sound judgment. Ability to develop others, drive engagement, and establish vision and purpose.
Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years related work experience with a minimum of 5 years project management experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
