Got a screen scheduled for a PM role, then presumably a full loop. Doing my prep now but the public info on their PM process is all pre-2022 and pretty stale.
Anyone been through the loop recently, especially on the product side? Curious about format (case vs. behavioral vs. product design), number of rounds, who's on the panel, and whether they go deep on metrics or more on execution instincts. Anything from the last 6 months would be really helpful.

PM loop I heard about recently was: recruiter call, hiring manager screen (30 min product sense), then onsite with product design, analytical, and one behavioral with cross-functional partner. no case study they send in advance, it's all live. bring a framework but don't lead with it.

the product design question i got was around creator monetization. very twitter-specific, so brush up on their actual product surface. generic PM frameworks fell flat when i did my screen.

genuine question: is there a point in doing deep prep for a company mid-restructure? the job you interview for and the job you join could be different things six months later. not saying don't apply, but temper expectations on what you're actually signing up for.

valid concern. i'm treating it as a learning loop either way. if i get an offer i'll do harder diligence before deciding.
