Collecting recent Twilio interview loops, interviewing there in a few weeks

i'm going into a Twilio loop for a mid-level frontend/fullstack role in about three weeks and i'm trying to get a clearer picture of what the process actually looks like right now. the Glassdoor stuff is all 18+ months old.

if you've been through their process in the last 6 months: how many rounds, what types, how long between rounds, any surprises? also curious if anyone's done the fullstack version specifically, most posts are backend-heavy.

appreciate any data points, even if the loop didn't go well.

went through their frontend loop for a different product team about 5 months ago. four rounds: recruiter screen, a live coding session where i built a small React component that consumed their Lookup API, system design (light, more about component architecture than infra), and behavioral. no take-home in my loop which surprised me given what i'd read. the API integration component was the real test.

not the exact role but PM loop there was 5 rounds, took about 4 weeks total. they really drill on 'customer obsession' in behavioral. every answer that involved shipping something needed to connect back to what the customer was actually experiencing. felt like a culture fit check as much as a skills check.

i was a candidate last fall and had a bad experience with scheduling, like 10 days between some rounds with no update. finally asked the recruiter directly what the timeline was and they were apologetic and actually sped things up. worth asking proactively if it's going slow.
