Experience developing and supporting large-scale data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Kafka , or comparable technologies. Strong programming skills in Java, Scala. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS. Knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and enterprise messaging technologies (Kafka, MQ, etc.). Experience troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause analysis in mission-critical environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and business stakeholders. Transaction Radar (TXR) is a strategic data and processing platform that supports critical transaction management, reporting, and operational workflows across the organization. As we continue our cloud modernization and data transformation journey, this role is essential in helping us build scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions using technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Azure, and AWS. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of business-critical capabilities, support production excellence, and help drive the future evolution of the TXR platform.
What You Will Be Responsible For Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, data pipelines, and platform capabilities supporting the Transaction Radar (TXR) ecosystem. Build and enhance real-time and batch data ingestion solutions using Kafka, Databricks, Spark, and Snowflake technologies. Develop, optimize, and support Snowflake databases, views, stored procedures, and reporting solutions to meet business and operational requirements. Participate in cloud transformation and modernization initiatives across Azure and AWS platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, application teams, and infrastructure partners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements to enhance platform stability and reliability. Improve system scalability, performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency across TXR applications and data platforms. Support software development lifecycle activities, including design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, release management, and production support. Contribute to automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and operational excellence initiatives. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials. Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones to deliver business-critical technology solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills Experience in financial services, capital markets, asset management, or transaction processing platforms. Experience with real-time data ingestion, streaming applications, and enterprise integration patterns. Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures . Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale data platforms. Familiarity with application monitoring, production support, incident management, and operational excellence practices. Understanding of security, risk management, audit, and regulatory requirements within enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.
