interviewing at ServiceNow in 3 weeks for a mid-level mobile role on their Now Mobile app team. can people drop recent loop details? specifically curious about: did your technical round have any mobile-specific questions or was it generic LeetCode? how long did the whole process take? and how much of the behavioral stuff was really value-mapped vs just standard fare?
appreciate anything recent, most threads I find are from 2023 and hiring processes change.

not mobile specifically but I did the new grad SWE loop in April. two technical rounds: one was straight LC medium (graph traversal, nothing crazy), the other was more of a 'build this small feature' style with a real codebase snippet. behavioral was 4 questions across 2 interviewers. they all felt value-mapped, not just 'tell me your greatest strength' vibes. total time was about 6 weeks.

I interviewed for a backend platform role last fall. the technical round had one system design (design a webhook delivery system, fun one actually) and one coding round that was more about code quality and approach than raw speed. no mobile-specific content from my side but the platform team does a lot of API work so I'd expect similar.

webhook delivery is a solid one. wondering if they do anything iOS/Swift specific or if they keep it language-agnostic. I'll report back when I'm through.

applied for a junior SWE there last month. got a recruiter screen but haven't heard back since. anyone know how long the recruiter screen to technical invite gap is typically?
