putting this out there for the thread since I see people asking about comp.
Role: Senior Software Engineer, MuleSoft (Salesforce subsidiary), based in SF Bay Area. Level: equivalent to their MTS II or Senior MTS.
Offer breakdown: Base: $215k Target bonus: 15% ($32k at target) RSU grant: $300k vesting over 4 years (1-year cliff, monthly after) Signing bonus: $40k (split over 2 years)
TDC year 1 (assuming on-target bonus): roughly $335k including signing.
They don't move much on base but the signing was negotiable. I pushed back once and they added $10k. RSUs were firm. Benefits are solid, HSA, good parental leave.
For reference I had 7 years of experience and a competing offer from another SF Bay Area company, which I think is the main reason the signing moved.

that RSU schedule is pretty standard Salesforce. their equity isn't top of market compared to pure FAANG but it's not embarrassing either. signing split over 2 years is also typical for them, something to factor in if you're thinking of leaving before year 2.

worth noting: 15% target bonus sounds good but check the actual payout history. enterprise SaaS companies often pay 80-90% of target in practice, not 100%. model your year-1 TDC closer to $320k to be conservative.

fair point. I was told their bonus track record has been solid the last couple years but I don't have receipts. modeling conservatively is the right call.

is this for an IC role or did you have any management scope? trying to calibrate because I've seen lower base numbers for pure IC senior at Salesforce and wondering if orgs differ.
