Robinhood new grad / entry level salary 2026: collecting data points (SWE)

going through the Robinhood new grad pipeline right now and I could not find any solid 2026 comp data specifically for entry-level / new grad SWE. so I'm starting this thread. please add your data if you have it, even rough numbers help.

what I know so far:

I talked to someone who got a Robinhood new grad offer in late 2025. their numbers were: $145k base, equity grant they described as around $60k/year when annualized. no signing bonus in the initial offer. they negotiated and got a small bump on the base ($150k) and nothing moved on equity.

for context on leveling: I was told new grads come in at IC2 (entry level). there's a performance-based promotion to IC3, which some people hit after 18 months, though the recruiter wouldn't commit to a timeline.

I'm also curious about: do they offer relocation for new grads? (I'm not in SF) how much room is there to negotiate when you're a new grad without a competing offer? does the location matter for new grad roles now or are most hybrid?

If you went through their new grad SWE interview loop in 2025 or 2026, please drop your numbers, city, and approximate timeline here. even "I know someone who got X" is helpful. the Glassdoor data for Robinhood new grad is from 2022-2023 and feels stale.

I got a Robinhood new grad offer in April 2026. SF. $148k base, equity was $240k total grant vested over 4 years so about $60k/year, 1 year cliff. no signing bonus offered, I didn't push for one. no relocation either, it was flagged as hybrid SF.

for negotiating without a competing offer: I tried and got maybe $5k. they were pretty firm. the recruiter said new grad bands don't have much flex without external data. your best bet is another offer in hand.

slightly different angle: does anyone know if they sponsor H1B for new grad roles? I've heard fintech can be more conservative about visa sponsorship for entry-level positions and I don't want to get deep into the process and find out they don't.

from what I've read: yes they sponsor H1B, but verify with the recruiter directly in the first screen. the recruiter I talked to confirmed it but said it's reviewed case by case for new grad roles. worth asking early so you don't waste 3 weeks if there's an issue.
