How much do behavioral questions actually matter at Ramp PM interviews?

I have a Ramp APM/PM interview coming up in two weeks and I'm stressed about how to balance prep. I've seen people say their PM loops are very metrics-heavy and prioritization-focused, which I'm okay with. But I've also heard behavioral rounds carry real weight.

Do they use a structured STAR rubric or is it more conversational? And does the "urgency" thing people mention mean they'll reject you if you can't show a story of shipping something really fast? I'm coming from a bigger company where processes are slower. Worried that'll count against me.

Any recent PM loop experience would help a lot.

the urgency thing is real but you don't have to have shipped a product in 3 days. what they're probing is whether you can identify what NOT to build. show a story where you cut scope, moved faster because of it, and were right. big-company candidates tank because they describe 18-month roadmaps with 4 approval layers. that's not a story about you, that's a story about your org.

behavioral is conversational but they take notes. not a formal rubric from what i've seen, but they're definitely tracking whether you can connect your experience to their speed/ownership values. if you had any "we moved faster by killing a feature" moment, lead with that.
