Got and accepted an offer last month so sharing the numbers. PwC Advisory, Senior Associate level, NYC office.
Base: $110,000 Bonus target: 10% (so roughly $11k at target, though from what i hear actual payouts vary year to year) Sign-on: $10,000 (one-year clawback)
No equity, which is expected for Big 4. Benefits are solid: medical/dental kicks in day one, 401k with a 6% match after 1 year. They also have a "flex benefits" allowance for things like wellness or professional development that's around $500/year.
For context: I was coming from a contractor role, so the stability math worked out even though the base is lower than some tech adjacent roles i looked at. Total comp with bonus target is around $121k. In NYC that's not lavish but it's competitive for Big 4. Manager level reportedly clears $150k+ base.

these numbers track with what i've seen for NYC Advisory. worth knowing the 10% bonus is technically discretionary and tied to both firm performance and individual performance rating. in strong years it's paid in full; in flat years people have reported closer to 7-8%. not a knock, just calibrate expectations.

did they sponsor H1B for this role? that's the deciding factor for me on any consulting firm offer right now.

yes, they do sponsor H1B. PwC is one of the more consistent Big 4 sponsors. confirm with your specific recruiter since it can depend on practice and office but generally the answer is yes.

that sign-on with a one-year clawback is pretty standard. just flag it upfront if you're thinking about leaving within the year for any reason. some people negotiate to spread it over two years but Big 4 firms don't always budge on that.
