I submitted my application for the P&G Management Trainee program in early November and got an automated confirmation but nothing since. It's been like 3 weeks and I'm starting to spiral a little.
Does anyone know if they do rolling decisions or wait until the application window closes? The portal just says 'under review' which is not helpful at all. Also: is the Strengths Assessment (the online test) always the next step, or does it vary by function?
I have a target school background and a relevant internship but I genuinely have no idea if I'm competitive here or not. Any intel appreciated.

Rolling, but they batch-review periodically rather than one-by-one. Three weeks is nothing for P&G. You could be waiting 5-6 weeks before the assessments go out. Don't read the tea leaves on the portal status.

The Strengths online assessment is pretty standard next step for most early career roles there. It's timed so practice similar online assessments beforehand. It's not hard but if you're not used to the format the timer will catch you.
