sharing my number because I couldn't find anything current when I was negotiating.
Role: Senior Product Manager, Digital (DTC app team) Location: Portland, OR (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite) Base: $162k Bonus target: 20% (paid annually based on company performance) Equity: RSU grant, ~$80k over 4 years, standard cliff Total at target: roughly $194k in year 1
no signing bonus in the initial offer. pushed back, they came up to $15k signing after one ask. base moved $8k from initial.
FYI Nike's RSU vesting isn't as fast as tech companies; 4-year with 25% at the 1-year cliff. comp vs. pure tech is probably 15-20% lower at this level, but the brand and lifestyle in Portland are real factors depending on where you're at.

this tracks with what i've seen cited elsewhere for Nike PM levels. they tend to be competitive against other consumer companies but not at FAANG ceiling. the 20% bonus is real upside if Nike has a good retail year though.

did they negotiate on the RSU grant at all or just the signing? curious whether equity is movable there.

tried on the RSU, no movement. recruiter said the initial grant is set by band and only adjustable at director level and above. might be worth a shot for others but it was a hard no for me.

the Portland cost of living adjustment is real. $162k goes further there than in SF but the delta vs. tech hubs is narrowing fast. appreciate you posting this.
