interviewing at Meta for E4 next month and the recruiter hasn't given me a clear schedule for the virtual onsite. my main anxiety is whether the behavioral Jedi round is the same session as the coding rounds or if it's a separate day.
also does Meta sponsor H1B? i know they do in general but wondering if the team matters or if it's company-wide policy. i can't afford to go through the full loop and get a verbal offer and then find out the team doesn't do sponsorship.
any info really helps, i'm stressing.

on the H1B question: Meta does sponsor company-wide, it's not team-dependent. that said, ask your recruiter directly and get it in writing before you invest in the loop. any legit recruiter will confirm it without pushing back. if they dodge the question, that's a red flag worth noting.

the virtual onsite is usually all in one day: 2 coding rounds, 1 system design, 1 Jedi. some people get a separate day for one of them if there's a scheduling issue but the default is one long day. block the whole day, don't schedule anything after 5pm.
