interviewing at lululemon in a few weeks, anyone have recent data on the tech loop?

got a recruiter screen coming up for a mid-level iOS role on their digital commerce team. i'm in Vancouver so it'd be hybrid which is actually appealing.

would love to hear from anyone who's done a tech loop there recently. specifically: how technical is the technical screen? leetcode-style or more systems/design focused? how many behavioral rounds and how long are they? any specific lululemon-isms to know going in? how long from recruiter call to offer?

thanks in advance. dropping anything useful i learn post-process too.

not iOS but i did a platform eng loop there earlier this year. technical screen was a live coding session, not heavy leetcode, more like: write a function, then we'll talk through edge cases, then a design question about scaling a feature. pretty reasonable. the behavioral portion was the same length as the technical.

that's helpful. "same length as technical" is telling. i should probably prep behavioral as hard as the coding then.

i heard from a friend who took the offer that the Vancouver tech team is genuinely nice to work with but the interview process is slower than almost anywhere else. like, assume 8-10 weeks start to finish and don't stress if the recruiter goes quiet for a week.

no personal data for you but following this thread. lululemon keeps showing up in my searches because of the Vancouver office and i'd love to know more about how they view non-traditional backgrounds.
