i applied to a product role on their J&J Technology side (not core pharma, the enterprise IT/digital org) and just got a recruiter screen scheduled for next week. kind of don't know what to expect because it feels like a different company from the consumer or MedTech side that most people talk about.
does anyone know if the Credo stuff is as prominent in the digital product rounds? or is it more standard tech PM stuff like metrics, prioritization frameworks, that kind of thing?
also really wondering about the pace. i'm in my current role and trying to time this carefully. they haven't said anything about timeline.

Credo will show up even in the tech org, count on it. It is baked into how they train all their interviewers. That said, the digital product rounds I've heard about lean more on product sense and technical fluency. Expect the panel to have at least one person who wants to know how close you sit to engineering. If you've led any kind of platform or API product work, lead with that.

okay that's helpful. i do have some API integration stuff from my current role that i've kind of undersold. good reminder to pull that forward.

timeline in the digital org can be 4-6 weeks but it varies a lot. just ask the recruiter directly, they're usually honest. they'd rather set expectations than have you disappear because you took another offer.
