i have a recruiter screen with intuit next tuesday for a new grad SWE role and i'm kind of spiraling. i know the basics: do LeetCode, have behavioral stories. but a few specific things i'm not sure about: is CoderPad with a shared editor? can they see you type in real time? how much do they care about the customer-obsession stuff for new grads who don't have much work experience? like can i use class projects? timeline after onsite? i've heard everything from "1 week" to "2 months"
also just like. is this company actually good to work at if you're early career? the company seems huge and i'm worried about getting lost.

CoderPad is a shared editor, yes, they can see you type. but honestly just narrate what you're thinking. silence is more awkward than a wrong keystroke.
for the customer-obsession stories: class projects are totally fine for new grads. they know you have 0-2 years of experience. frame it as "here's the user of my project and here's how I thought about their problem" and you're set.

okay that's actually reassuring about class projects. i built a budgeting app for a senior capstone so that might literally be relevant to intuit lol

timeline for new grad offers is usually 1-2 weeks after onsite, sometimes faster if there's a deadline. if you have a competing offer, tell the recruiter, they will almost always move faster. don't wait in silence hoping they'll get back to you.
