Interview Leaks · Primly Community

How interview leaks work on Primly (and why we ask)

Primly Team · 1 reply

Interview information is one of the highest-leverage things this community can collect for each other. A single recent data point about a company's process can save dozens of candidates dozens of hours of generic prep.

What to share: "I just interviewed at [Company]. Round structure was: [recruiter screen → tech screen → onsite with X panels]" Specific questions asked (paraphrased, not exact wording) What seemed to matter most (technical depth, communication, system design, behavioral, etc.) Recruiter screen content vs. onsite content (often very different) Anything that surprised you about the process

What NOT to share: Exact NDA-bound questions verbatim (paraphrase) Other candidates' names or details Your interviewer's full name (first name + role is fine) Internal company-specific tools or systems descriptions

Why we ask: Interview prep tools are generally 6-12 months out of date. The community can be 2-7 days out of date. That gap is enormous when you're prepping for a recruiter screen next week.

Verified employees of the company can confirm/correct the data points and add internal context (e.g., "we're now asking system design earlier in the loop": gold).

Drop your data points. Be specific. Be recent. Anonymous posting is allowed and encouraged.

will start posting after each onsite. honestly a 1-week-old data point is more useful than a 12-month-old glassdoor review at this stage of the market. signing up as data collection point #1.
