Pooling intel on Instacart loops: drop your recent experiences here

I have a virtual onsite at Instacart in about 3 weeks (growth marketing role) and I'm trying to get a clearer picture of what to expect. The recruiter gave me the high-level but I want to hear from people who've actually been through it recently.

Specifically looking for: what's the behavioral format like, how many rounds, and how long did it take to hear back after the onsite. Also curious whether they're currently hiring aggressively or if this is a single backfill.

Dropping what I know: the recruiter mentioned a case presentation for my role, something around building a campaign strategy for a specific segment. Anyone done something like that at Instacart recently?

did a pmm loop there about 5 months ago. case presentation was very real. they gave me a prompt 48 hours out and i had 20 min to present plus 15 min Q&A. interviewers pushed hard on how i'd measure success and what i'd cut if the budget got slashed 30%. that second part caught me off guard.

the budget cut question is a great one to prep for, i wouldn't have thought to include that. thank you.

not marketing but i've heard from a friend who's a PM there that the back-to-back hearing is a real thing: they de-brief interviewers same day if possible and decisions move in 5-7 days post onsite. might be role-dependent but hopefully that's encouraging.

good luck with it. the case formats at marketplace companies tend to be really operational. think through the shopper AND the customer AND the retailer, not just "the user." three-sided marketplace means three definitions of "success."
