Collecting recent Humana interview loops. Interviewing next month and data is thin.

Heading into a Humana loop in about 3 weeks for a content/communications role in their enterprise marketing group. There's not a ton of recent info out there that isn't obviously outdated or super vague.

If anyone has interviewed there in the past 6 months, even if not for a marketing function, I'd love to hear: how many rounds, what kinds of questions came up, how formal the process felt, and roughly how long it took start to finish.

Dropping anything in the replies would genuinely help. I'll share my own notes after.

interviewed for a B2B marketing manager role there about 4 months ago. 3 rounds: recruiter call, hiring manager 1-on-1 (all behavioral), then a panel with two team members and someone from HR. they asked me to walk through a campaign I owned end-to-end and explain how I measured it. they cared more about the process and stakeholder management than the actual metrics, which surprised me. also: very mission-focused. they asked why healthcare specifically and I don't think a vague answer lands well.

for content/comms specifically: be ready to talk about how you write for regulated audiences. healthcare companies are extremely careful about claims, legal review, and approval cycles. if you have any experience navigating that kind of content review process, lead with it. if you don't, have a story ready about working within constraints.

not marketing but: QA analyst role, did 3 rounds about 5 months ago. similar shape to what others describe. behavioral-heavy, they used a specific framework asking me to rate my confidence on certain competency areas before the deep dive. never seen that before but it wasn't hard. timeline was about 5 weeks.
