nervous about FedEx tech internship final round, any tips?

i have my final round for a software engineering intern role at FedEx next week and i'm kind of freaking out. the recruiter said it'll be a panel with 3 people. i'm okay at leetcode but i've never done a panel interview before.

also, is this role at their Memphis campus or is it remote? recruiter said "hybrid" but that doesn't tell me much. my housing situation depends on knowing this earlier than later.

if anyone's done a FedEx tech internship or the interview for one, i'd really appreciate knowing what to actually expect.

panels feel intimidating but they're usually 3 people who each own a slice of the conversation. one person is steering, one is probably there to calibrate technically, one is there because someone made them be. just talk to whoever's asking and don't perform for the room.

definitely clarify the hybrid situation before you finalize anything. "hybrid" at a company like FedEx could mean anything from 1 day in office to fully on-site with occasional WFH. ask your recruiter directly: how many days per week on-site, and at which location. they should tell you.

yeah i emailed and asked. recruiter said 3 days in Memphis. so that answers that. now i need to figure out subletting my apartment.

for the behavioral side: i'd prep at least 5-6 solid STAR stories before going in. FedEx seems to ask a lot of situational + behavioral even in tech interviews from what i've read.
