Write 6 to 10 prompts and practice answering in 2 minutes, then 6 minutes. 3) Practice remote-first clarity (Day 4) Elastic loops are often virtual and structured. Do at least one “screen-share run” where you present a plan or walk through a decision. Keep it executive-ready: what’s the decision, what’s the recommendation, why now, what’s next. 4) Refresh Elastic context that makes answers concrete (Day 5) Review Elastic’s value across search, observability, and security so you can tie your strategies to outcomes. For SWE, grounding system discussions in Elasticsearch concepts (mappings, analyzers, cluster behavior) can help. 5) Calibrate logistics and questions (Day 6 to 7) Prepare a short list of questions for the recruiter, hiring manager, and cross-functional partners.
