interviewing at Disney in about 3 weeks for a Growth/Product role in their streaming org. trying to get a clearer picture of what recent loops have looked like.
specifically curious: how much did system design / product thinking come up vs. pure behavioral? did anyone get a case study or take-home? how long was the full process?
also any signals on whether they lean more toward 'culture add' or 'culture fit' in the panel? those are meaningfully different things to prep for.
drop whatever you've got, recent > older.

went through a PM loop there about 4 months ago. 5 rounds total: recruiter, HM, two peers, skip-level. behavioral was heavy across all rounds, system design came up once in a product-thinking framing ('how would you design X feature'), no case study for PM but i know content roles get take-homes. total timeline was 7 weeks.

culture fit vs culture add: honestly they seem to lean fit. there's a strong sense of 'we do things a certain way here.' if you're coming from a move-fast startup you might find the pace and process jarring. not saying it's bad, just real.

did a non-tech loop for an ops role. behavioral questions were very STAR-structured, they basically signaled upfront they wanted that format. i think the playbook is consistent across functions even if the technical content varies.
