collecting recent Deloitte interview loops -- what's the process looking like in 2026?

hardware_hugo · 3 replies

interviewing at Deloitte in a few weeks (marketing strategy/advisory side) and trying to get a current picture of the loop since so much of what's online is 2022 or older.

if you've interviewed there recently, any of the following would help: how many rounds total virtual vs. in-person for which stages was there a written case or take-home did they ask about AI/technology integration stuff how long from recruiter screen to offer/rejection

anything you can share, even a fragment, is useful. thanks in advance.

just posted my full debrief in this channel -- consulting/S&O angle but some of it should map. 5 rounds total for me, all virtual except the final partner call which was in-office (they gave the option). no written take-home but they did send a brief case scenario 24 hours before round 2 to 'familiarize myself.' that was new compared to what i'd read online.

went through their tech consulting track about 6 weeks ago. 4 rounds. all virtual. no take-home. they did ask about my experience with generative AI tools in a workflow context, not technical AI knowledge, more like 'have you used these tools and what was the impact.' felt like a culture question dressed as a tech question.

mine was advisory-adjacent (digital transformation focus). 3 rounds plus a quick culture call at the start. timeline was 6 weeks which felt long but they said they were batching candidates. no take-home for me but someone in my cohort got one. seems inconsistent by team.
