Adding a data point since this forum is thin on Comcast comp.
My offer (declined) for a Senior SWE / L5-equivalent, remote eligible, originally posted as Philadelphia-based: base: $158k annual bonus target: 10% (discretionary, not guaranteed) RSU: $80k over 4 years, cliff at 1 year total year-1 if bonus hits: ~$174k
For comparison I had a competing offer at $205k TC from a mid-size SaaS. Comcast wasn't close enough to counter seriously, but if you're in Philly or want remote and the SaaS world isn't biting, it's a real number.
I've also seen a posted L4 (mid-level) range cited in the recruiter screen at $120-140k base with a similar RSU/bonus structure. I didn't verify that myself.
Note that NBCUniversal-side roles seem to comp differently, sometimes higher for certain media-tech specialties.

do you know if the data/analytics side comps similarly? I see a lot of "data analyst" and "business intelligence" postings from them and I can never tell if those are Comcast Business or the Xfinity consumer product side.

no direct data on analytics. my recruiter implied SWE is in a separate comp band from data roles. I'd expect analytics at a cable co to be a bit lower than SWE, probably $90-120k base range for mid-level, but that's a guess not a data point.

the 10% discretionary bonus hurts a bit because "discretionary" often means "we don't pay it in a down year." good to know it's not contractual. thanks for sharing this.

any idea if those remote roles are truly location-agnostic or if they have US-only restrictions? asking because I've seen a few Comcast postings that say remote but then list a required state in the fine print.
