did anyone else hear back after a Cigna OA and then just... nothing for 3 weeks?

applied for a Software Developer role at Cigna, got invited to an online assessment pretty quickly, finished it, felt okay about it. that was 3 weeks ago and the recruiter has not replied to two follow-up emails.

reading the room here: is this a rejection they just haven't sent yet, or is this normal Cigna timing? i'm genuinely not sure if i should keep waiting or assume it's dead and move on. the recruiter was responsive before the OA and now nothing.

feeling pretty dejected about it if i'm honest.

three weeks after an OA is not a rejection signal at a company like Cigna. large enterprises batch OA reviews, sometimes by the hiring manager's calendar. two weeks is nothing. send one more note, reference the OA date, and ask if there's any update on the review timeline. then wait another week.

ok this is actually helpful, thank you. i sent a third note. recruiter replied same day saying they're still reviewing. so not dead i guess.

welcome to enterprise healthcare recruiting. the gears move slowly and the silence is not personal. keep the pipeline going elsewhere though, don't wait on one company.
