got a loop coming up for a digital product role on the boeing edge/commercial digital side. feels a bit different from the core engineering pipeline but i honestly don't know how different.

can people drop recent loops here? specifically curious about: role type and team (engineering, software, program mgmt, digital, other) how many rounds and rough format what they seemed to actually care about in the behavioral portion whether comp negotiation was possible

trying to build a real picture. everything i'm finding online is from 2020-2022 and i suspect the process has shifted post the public scrutiny they've been under.

did a data analyst loop about 5 months ago. 3 rounds, final was a panel. behavioral questions heavily weighted toward accountability and process. specifically asked about a time i caught an error in my own work and what i did about it. tip: don't say you caught it after delivery. they want to hear about process guards, not just catching it eventually.

tried for a mobile/app role on the myboeing fleet side about 7 months ago. the recruiter was responsive but the technical screen got rescheduled twice. eventually withdrew because the timing dragged. can't tell you about the full loop but the recruiter screen itself was thorough, like 45 minutes, more than i expected.

did a program analyst role last spring. the behavioral round was the most serious one i've ever sat through in terms of tone. not unfriendly, just very deliberate. they took notes visibly, which i found grounding actually. comp negotiation: i tried, got a modest bump (maybe 4%), they said the band was tight. the offer was real but not flexible.

the 4% thing is useful to know. will go in with the ask but keep expectations calibrated. thanks.
