have a recruiter screen for a senior product role at Best Buy coming up in about three weeks. from what i can piece together the loop is behavioral-heavy with maybe a case or product scenario, but i'd love to hear from people who've actually been through it recently.
specifically curious: how many rounds total did you do? was there a take-home or presentation? did they ask about specific metrics or just general STAR stories? how fast did they move after the panel?
anyone who's done a loop in the last 6 months please drop your experience. i'll share mine after.

did a marketing loop there about 5 months ago. four rounds total, no take-home for my role. they did ask about specific metrics once during the panel, someone asked what my biggest campaign impact was and wanted a number. i had one ready. definitely have your 'what did you actually move' answer prepared.

mine was three rounds for a data analyst role. no presentation but the hiring manager specifically asked me to walk through a past analysis live during the call. like open a doc and talk through it kind of thing. was not expecting that, scrambled a bit. have something ready you can actually pull up.

applied from outside the US and they were pretty clear from the start that this particular role was MN-based only. if you're remote-first they're hit or miss depending on the team. just flag it early so you don't waste three rounds finding out.
