finished my last interview for a technology analyst program role like 11 days ago and still nothing. recruiter said 1-2 weeks but i'm losing my mind. did they ghost me or is this normal?
also does anyone know if they call or email for the offer? i've been checking both constantly and it's not sustainable.

banks often take longer than they say. 2-3 weeks for a final decision at BofA is normal, especially for structured rotational programs where multiple candidates are being evaluated together. send a polite follow-up to your recruiter at the 2-week mark, that's fine.

i waited 17 days after my last round last year. they called. check your voicemail, the recruiter left a message first before following up by email.

ok this is actually helpful, thank you. i was ignoring unknown numbers thinking spam. not doing that anymore.

if you're on any visa status, make sure your recruiter knows to loop in HR early. sponsorship decisions at big banks can add time to the offer stage. found that out the hard way.
