Applied for data analyst role at Anthem. How long does it usually take to hear back after the take-home?

submitted my take-home analysis four days ago and haven't heard anything. recruiter said i'd get feedback "within a week" but it's been quiet. is this normal for anthem? should i follow up or does that look bad?

also a little anxious because healthcare domain is new to me. i did fine in the SQL and analysis parts but i'm worried my framing wasn't healthcare-specific enough. my dataset was about member enrollment patterns and i mostly just focused on the numbers. is that a problem?

follow up. seriously. a short "just checking in, happy to provide anything else" email after 5 business days is totally normal and doesn't read as pushy. the silence is usually just internal scheduling, not a decision.

one week turns into two at large orgs all the time. decision-makers have calendars that make it hard to debrief quickly. follow up on day 6 or 7. polite, brief. "wanted to check in on next steps per our timeline" is enough.

ok sent a follow-up this morning. recruiter replied same day and said they're scheduling the panel now. so yeah, definitely follow up people.
