interviewing at Allstate in a few weeks, looking for recent loop data

have a technical screen coming up for a frontend engineer role on their digital products team. from what I can tell they build customer-facing web apps (claims portal, account management, that kind of thing).

would love to hear from anyone who's done their SWE loop recently. specifically: how hard is the coding portion (LeetCode difficulty level, roughly?) do they care about framework-specific stuff or more general JS/TS? any system design for mid-level (4-6 YOE range)? how behavioral-heavy is it overall?

i know they're not a typical tech company so curious if the interview style reflects that. drop your experience below if you have it, really appreciate it.

not frontend specifically but did a mobile loop with them about 5 months ago. coding was solidly medium LeetCode, nothing hard. they're not trying to catch you out, more checking that you can actually write working code under some mild pressure. framework knowledge came up naturally in conversation but wasn't formally tested. i'd say prep your STAR stories as much as your DSA.

did infrastructure/platform eng there 8 months ago. system design was present for senior level. mid-level had more of a modified design question, like "how would you structure this component" rather than full distributed systems. they're using AWS pretty heavily so basic cloud architecture awareness helps.

tangential but i interviewed with their UX/design team and the behavioral portion was extensive. like four out of five rounds had behavioral questions. they really do care about how you handle stakeholder conflict and working in ambiguity. makes sense for a company that's mid-transformation.
